Caregie Space is designed to address the need for balance in the busy lives of today’s professionals by offering a flexible “housing as a service” model.
Members pay recurring monthly fees in exchange for high-quality affordable furnished housing and office space with functional amenities and member services.

Our spaces are centered around an active lifestyle, equipped with an in-house gym with cardio, weight training, and yoga equipment. Our network-based web platform offers our members the “on the ground” resources vital to securing high-paying jobs and building successful businesses.
Sustainable Design
Our residents don’t have to worry about furnishing their homes. We furnish it for them. We have our quality standards when it comes to residences quality and furnishing. We renovate our properties from top to bottom and work with designers to use the space more efficiently. From renovations to furnishing decor, our preference is sustainable materials.
